Creative Manager

Full-time, 37.5 hours

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, we are looking for a Creative Manager to lead our in-house design team which sits inside our expanding Marketing department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a ‘people person’ with previous management skills, ambition and bags of creativity. The successful individual will demonstrate leadership skills and become an integral part of the marketing team, working alongside Marketing & Development managers to bring projects to life and help ensure they are delivered ahead of deadlines.

  • Line management of the design team (3 direct reports)
  • Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
  • Design original pieces, including web designs, print, illustrations and infographics
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring brand consistency across all touch points
  • Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality
  • Distribute work effectively to the team, assigning and meeting deadlines
  • Increase user-friendliness in digital products
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
  • Liaise across marketing, web and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
  • Be a key member of the marketing department inspiring those around you

Requirements of the successful individual:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
  • Portfolio of completed design projects
  • Hands-on experiences with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Attention to visual details
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
  • BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
